My husband went to see ENT dr for a throat problem he had in November of 2012\r
We were told that there will be no charge for visit as we have satisfied the deductible.\r
The ENT dr. Dr. Prasaad sent my husband to audiologist...yes you read it right! an audiologist for a throat problem. They failed to tell us that that is not covered by our insurance.\r
I have been disputing this charge since November of 2012. The administrative, billing and I even wrote to the CEO of Kelsey Seybold and no reply! \r
I just want to warn you all to ask questions when you go to SB....Is what you are doing covered by my insurance???? Stop the doctors every time they try to run a test. They are money hungry and swindlers and have no integrity.\r
They did not have the decency to reply to letters that I sent to Administration and to the CEO.\r
To this day after going to see 2 doctors and them running test after test and taking our money, my husband is still not well and has the same throat problems.\r
They have lost my husband and I as patients and I will tell everyone to be aware of this clinic and Kelsey Seybold in general.
