Questionable history with the Snohomish Food Health District, horrible customer service, and filthy theaters...Needless to say I m not going back. They have a good concept, but ruin it with their horrible customer service. I wanted to see a movie here, but when I heard how loud it was getting, saw a couple people who appeared to be intoxicated, and heard a waitresses telling people they could order throughout the movie(Which meant they would have been walking in front of me and talking throughout the entire movie), I thought it'd be best if I just got my money and left. \r

When I requested a refund 30 minutes BEFORE the movie began, I was informed that there s a no refund policy by one of their employees named Sam who stated she was a manager. I spoke to another manager and was informed that refunds were given on a case by case basis, whatever that means. I pressed to get specifics from yet another manager by the name of Alicia who claimed she was the Assistant General Manager as to what their policy is and couldn't get any specifics. \r

So if they don t like your hair? Your Skin color? Your clothes? The way you look? They can withhold your refund? What's their policy? It makes absolutely no sense when employees can refuse refunds based on their personal whim, and since I can t get any specific answers from them as to what their policy is, what am I to assume? I requested the refund about 30 minutes BEFORE the movie began, this movie was basically sold out 30 minutes before the movie so I have no doubt they would have sold my refunded ticket. This is nothing more than a scam to make sure they don t have to be accountable for loud drunk people in their un-kept theaters and to make sure they keep peoples money who don t want to watch a movie with loud drunk people.
