I have been taking classes here for over a year. These workouts give you the next steps if you were ever taken to the ground. Working with the other guys is a great comradery here we are constantly pushing each other to excel and to get a lot better. It is a great amount of fun. I certainly feel bad when I can't come in because I feel so good so much better the next day physically. One of the things I really like is that the training is very strenuous. Whether you are doing rounds of 3-5 minutes or doing drills, you get a very good workout and the way you feel about yourself is great. You feel it in your arms, stomach and legs. It has really made a big difference in the rest of my martial arts training here.
