I have done business with these guys since they started. I have had them build four machines for my business and personal use. They all rock! The customer service and turn around time can be slow due to the backlog of computer repairs they do. Most repairs are not of systems they build by the way. Having to bring in the system for a software issue is a drag. I wish they would do a remote session when possible as the nearest store is 40 miles from me. I would not buy a computer from anyone else. They now what they are doing and do it well.
