When I went to drop off the device for warranty repair they seemed a little shady and pretty unprofessional but I figured all I needed was for them to do a warranty repair. How can they mess that up? Wrong! They do not call back to let the customer know anything and when I called to get an update the woman that answered had a bad attitude from the start! And it only got worse from there. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent! Cannot meet their own deadlines, make promises that do not keep and try to intimidate the customers by yelling. Had my device for 3 weeks, could not find the problem or send it back. They took almost 2 weeks just to look at it and even though they replicated the problem once they decided to just keep it on, until I called. I am still waiting to receive it back.... Mind you, they charged for shipping in cash upfront so now they are not in a rush and it has been 3 days since they were supposed to ship it back. Reported to manufacturer!\r
