I called them up saying "I had no hot water," and they had someone here the next day. Our water tank in our basement one day turned into a waterfall. We called them up. Based on what they said to us we went with a tank-less water heater. They installed it the next day.
They only came upstairs to ask questions when they had to. The workers were friendly, very nice, and efficient. No problems or anything. After the weekend, they came back to check to make sure that everything was working. Then, Michael Pann called me personally to make sure that everything was doing well after it was installed.
They were very conscious of their customers. They go above and beyond. They were really assessing our situation and needs rather than just trying to get more money out of us.
The quality was very good. I have already recommend them. They've just been amazing.
