I got an exceptional deal on my Elantra - but then I put in a lot of exceptional work & research to get that, too. The service department is really outstanding, and worth the run up I-405 from the south. Phone scheduling is unproductive and difficult at best, or frustrating yet laughable. The website service rep that will "help" you via chat has the ability to do nothing. Nada; zip. Scheduling via the website - unassisted by live people - is a breeze. Once you get there, these guys are serious about making you happy.
