I called Welborn nearly two years ago when my garage door suddenly stopped functioning, and they were able to send someone out that same day to fix it--I was very impressed. Recently the door had started making a grinding sound, so I bought their coupon for a garage door tuneup and Bobby came out this past Saturday (scheduling via email was a snap). Twenty minutes later my door was functioning perfectly again. I will always call Welborn!
