I was a member of Curves for 10 months, I didn't lose anything. I actually gained through the Curves program. I then seen your advertisement and came in for my first visit. I like the structure and making sure I stay in my target heart rate for 30-40 minutes. Before I started I could only do a couple pushups and now I am at 45. Before I started I could only do a few sit ups and now I am up to 28. I really accomplished a lot. I am meeting and surpassing my goals and expectations at US Elite. I recommend it to anyone.
