What I like about classes here at US Elite is they are really hard working. I like the physical requirements, the pushups, sit ups. The self defense drills and workouts are exhausting and I am always up for a great challenge. My leg strength and balance has really come along way and it all helps in the leg locks, heel hooks when on the ground. With all the people here it helps me work on my speed, technique, positionings. I work against smaller people, stronger people?It really makes me an overall stronger fighter. It also calms me down a lot. It works on my anger and my emotions. I definitely would recommend their self defense program to everyone out there especially if you want to get in shape and learn to defend yourself. It's a lot of work, challenges you on many levels and is a lot of fun. You will definitely enjoy it.
