I had an emergency when my front tooth chipped (I wanted to have it done right away! I can't stand going to work while my tooth is like that!), so I called in the next morning at this dental office and they were able to accommodate me at that same day after lunch. I got there and the office was pretty packed. I waited for a while but it was okay. Besides, I was lucky enough to get an appointment on that same day.\r

The receptionist was very helpful and she informed me right away that there will be a waiting time. When the girl approached me (I think it was the assistant), she walked me in and had my xrays, and she also did my cleaning.\r

After a while, Dr. B came to see me and checked everything, and explained to me the case of what needs to be done. There was also another girl who explained to me my insurance benefits and fees. I have a good insurance so I did not pay a whole lot as I got just the regular crown. So they did what they needed to do and they had my crown ready. The whole process took quite a while, though. But when I left, I had my temporary crown on so all is good.\r

I was advised that I will be getting a call in approximately 2 weeks for the permanent crown to be ready. I got the call right on time. Went back there and everything went as good as my first visit.\r

Other than the waiting period, I think this dental office is worth my time and money!
