I had an emergency when my front tooth chipped (I wanted to have it done right away! I can't stand going to work while my tooth is like that!), so I called in the next morning at this dental office and they were able to accommodate me at that same day after lunch. I got there and the office was pretty packed. I waited for a while but it was okay. Besides, I was lucky enough to get an appointment on that same day.\r \r The receptionist was very helpful and she informed me right away that there will be a waiting time. When the girl approached me (I think it was the assistant), she walked me in and had my xrays, and she also did my cleaning.\r \r After a while, Dr. B came to see me and checked everything, and explained to me the case of what needs to be done. There was also another girl who explained to me my insurance benefits and fees. I have a good insurance so I did not pay a whole lot as I got just the regular crown. So they did what they needed to do and they had my crown ready. The whole process took quite a while, though. But when I left, I had my temporary crown on so all is good.\r \r I was advised that I will be getting a call in approximately 2 weeks for the permanent crown to be ready. I got the call right on time. Went back there and everything went as good as my first visit.\r \r Other than the waiting period, I think this dental office is worth my time and money! more

I use to be a patient at Krest Family Dental and recently went back to get a copy of my x-rays. The staff is very friendly,unfortunately they were in the middle of changing managers so I didn't quite get the customer service I wanted. I decided to call the corporate office and speak to Arthur Kishani who was very attentive he wanted to know what was going on with that staff and office in Westchester I believe he is the regional manager very well mannered I told him I needed my x-rays for personal reasons and he took time out of his schedule to drive to westchester to pick up my x-rays and bring them back to Burbank for me to pick up I believe there's a $25 charge but he was very efficient and kept his word that he would try to make me a happy customer because I called him with a little concern, he apologized for the delay and immediately took action to help me! Thank you Arthur Kishani we need more of you in this world! So overall I had a great experience. more

I left my old dentist at the beginning of last year and was recommend to Krest family dental. Krest Family Dental alway provides the best service and welcome new patients with open hands. I was able to get braces to fix my smile and now all I get is complements on how nice my teeth looks. I have recommend a few people and they also like this place. The reviews that I have read is total B.S. if you want good service and want to put trust in someone to make your smile or teeth look better this is the place to go. I'm very happy to be with them and I can't see myself going anywhere else for a long time. Everyone take care of your teeth and keep smiling. more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience; that's saying a lot, especially when one is speaking in regards to a dentist! For years now I've been putting up with wisdom tooth pain for fear of visiting a dental office. In my youth I had the misfortune of getting several, major procedures done with minor sedation. WORST PAIN EVER!!! I couldn't put off the going to the dentist any longer and was recommended Krest dental by a friend. I called for an appointment on Friday and was given one for Tuesday to see the oral surgeon. My appointment was at 8:30am, I was in the chair, (x-rays already done) by 8:45am and in the operating room by 9:25am.To say Dr. Joseph Danesh is amazing would be the understatement of a lifetime!!! He was patient and attentive. Dr. Danesh understood I was both fearful and nervous and he was empathetic. He explained everything and reassured me that everything was and would be fine. When I woke up 45min later my 4 wisdom teeth were gone. No complications and absolutely NO PAIN! \r \r I LOVE THIS PLACE! Don't be swayed by all these negative reviews! I used to avoid dentists and their offices at all costs; I am glad I found one that has an awesome staff who make the whole process so effortless and enjoyable (yes enjoyable). I HIGHLY recommend them! more

The customer service is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is one of the best I have met. The new office looks great with all the renovations and stuff. I feel very at home in this dental office. I used to get scared but with this doctor, they take their time to explain the procedures. more

I love all the staff here. My daughters love the staff as well and they make coming to the dentist fun. It definately has a family and friendly vibe. They also talk to you before all procedures are done and explain if there will be any charges which is great. more

Before I gave Kresr Family Dental care I had an innate fear to see a dentist due to a horrible nerve damage incident with an oral surgeon. Dr B, and his staff, have gotten me over my fear. I no longer fear going to the dentist and I have not experienced pain when I leave. Appointments are extremely flexible and in a timely fashion. I reccommend my dentist to all my flying partners. :) more

honestly krest dental is one of the best dental offices out there is .they are very kid friendly they have a great atmosphere. they make you feel very secure and at home everytime i've gone in they always receive you with a great attitude.\r \r also there dentist they have are excellent they really explain everything to you and my kids use to be scared to go to the dentist but its different with this office. i would recommend it to everyone and specially if you got kids. more

I've been a patient at Krest Family Dental for about 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about this office. The office is remodeled, clean and the workers from the front desk to each and every dental assistant to every dentist that's ever worked with me have all been very polite, courteous and friendly plus this office has installed flat screen TV's in every room; I think Krest Family Dental is trying hard to be the best they can be and it shows, at least I think so.\r I recently got the top braces installed about two weeks ago and I haven't had a single problem thus far and about 3 months ago I had a root canal and again it was painless and I don't know what I was so worried about, this place is GREAT and to prove that, I drive all the way from Chatsworth in the valley to Westchester for my appointments.\r Keep up the good work you guys, you're doing great and you're being recognized for it. more

Not a bad place. I went in for a check-up, and it had been a while since my last one, and they called me up pretty quick. The dentists there are friendly and joke around with you too which is nice for a change. They immediately let me knew that I had an infection in my gums. It was something I knew I had but always thought it was something minor. I didn't think it was that bad the way they told me. In the past, different dentists I had gone to never told me about the problem, and it left me wondering if those other dentists were even doing their job. That is why I was a bit relieved when these dentists told me about the infection right away. They ended up putting a temporary crown on my tooth, because I basically had a useless tooth. The nerves around my tooth were dead due to the infection. In the end, they prescribed me some medication to stop the infection from getting worse. My next appointment, they'll finally put in the actual crown on my tooth. more
