I don't know why I thought they might have changed but the staff on Belair Rd (Baltimore) as well as Ritchie Hwy (Severna Park) act like they are too cool for school. I get it, you are busy shops, but guess what, that is not my problem it is yours!! Hire more staff if you can't handle the load without acting like complete jackasses. It is quite obvious this place is only in business due to the large demand for products and services. They are not successful because they offer good, not even average... THEY OFFER WHATEVER IS LESS THAN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are slow to boot! \r
Pete your business might be busy and even flourishing but think about how much more it could be if your staff was just a bit more friendly.\r
