I've always taken my car to the dealer for service until a friend recently recommended Letcher Bros. I hesitantly decided to try them - I got my car right in/out and received EXCELLENT service at probably half the price. Letcher Bros kept me informed and took the time to fully explain all the action taken or suggested. They even showed me some negligence resulting from my last service (from the dealer by the way) that contributed to my current issue. My only problem or frustration is realizing all the time and money I wasted going to the dealer for service for so many years when Letcher Bros was right down the street!\r
