I called in the morning and Welborn had a technician at my door that same afternoon! The technician Jeff was extremely helpful. He showed me all the problems with my garage door and then made the best suggestion for us at this time. Although I know more work will be needed in the future, I am so happy to be able to open and close the garage door with clicker and not manually. In addition, it is much quieter than it was before.
