I've dealt with Urban Enterprises for a couple of years now and they've been pretty good. There's always someone answering the phone (a step up from some management companies) and they have a team of people available to fix things. There's only so much they can do if a property is not maintained well, but the owner needs to pay attention to that more than the management company. \r

I read a previous review where the tenant had a fit because they rented a crummy property and had to learn to light a pilot light. \r
Blaming the management for a low-end property (and faulty water heater) is moronic. Those are owners' responsibilities. If the tenant didn't like it, they should have rented elsewhere.
