I initially intended to just visit and test drive a Ford Fusion Hybrid but left leaving a deposit in order to purchase a new car. Steve approached me within five minutes of being on the lot and spoke to me about the availability of the car I wanted. He was willing to work with me to let me know when the car would arrive. I never felt pressured or rushed. Steve made me feel like a friend. He let me test drive another vehicle similar to the one I wanted and verified when my car would be delivered and worked with me in a very sincere way. Steve called me the moment the car arrived and I was able to pick it up the next day. Paul was great at explaining the additional protection on the car and gave me a great deal. I also received great cooperation from the man who finalized the papers and gave me an extended warranty. Overall it was a great experience!!! I have already recommended them to a family member.
