March 1st we moved with TMT, who did damage several pieces of furniture because of inadequate training and a poor work ethic. Granted its a tough job, but what do these guys think they are being hired for?\r

The driver and helper offered to handle our second truck load under the table, if we payed them cash, and did not call the office to request more time. We refused and their attitudes quickly got worse, if possible. When my wife was alone at the house for a short time, the pressed her, demanding a cash tip, for poor service and unethical behavior. She just wanted them gone and paid them cash. Had I been there, those baffoons would have gotten a boot where the sun don't shine. That is called extortion through intimidation and a criminal offense. The owners have to know this monkey business goes on and have marginalized themselves to allow it.\r

Just avoid this company, even with new owners, you have too much to loose and now you are warned!
