The girls in the front have the wrong attitude for this type of work. They do not seem to care about the patients, they are rude, and they have terrible communication skills.\r
On our last 4 visits to this office, we have been there from 1 1/2 hours - 3 hours, every time.\r
While out of flu vaccine about 4 months ago, we were told to call and make an appointment for the second dose. We left 4 voice messages on the matter with NO return call at all.\r
We like Dr. Thompson, but we are seeking another Doctor because of the incompetence and rudeness of the front staff!
