One of the main reasons that I am so satisfied with the service I receive is Service Adviser, Ernest Bynes. Ernest's positive attitude and attention to detail from greeting me on the phone to keeping me up to date on the progress of my car's service when I am in the waiting area and follow up with my questions and concerns. He always makes me feel like family by remembering who I am when I call in and the treatment that I receive every time I come in. Thank you for employing such a Class A Guy!!!!
