My husband and I are both officers in the Army stationed here in Colorado Springs. Our daughter will be 5 in November and is an only child. We had in home care for her first four years and began to notice that she was so shy that she never wanted to play with children her own age, she would run away from them. So, in January of 2010 we enrolled into the pre-school program at Primrose School at Springs Ranch. We hoped that our daughter would learn how to play and interact with other children her own age. The results astounded us. In only a few weeks of attending Primrose, she had blossomed and was begging to go to school every day and had made several new ""best friends."" It was such a relief to know that she was enjoying the school and making friends. The teachers were so great woth her. They helped her meet the other students, learn to interact with others better and just be more independent. They were so patient and kind with her and the other students.
