We have been highly impressed with Primrose School of Springs Ranch. Having worked in the childcare/preschool field for 20 years, there is no other place I would take my grandson for preschool services. The entire staff is warm, professional and caring. The facility is always clean and in excellent repair. The cirriculum is excellent providing instruction in all areas to prepare my grandson for kindergarten and beyond. Nutritious meals are served daily. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare, preschool or private kindergarten program. more

My husband and I are both officers in the Army stationed here in Colorado Springs. Our daughter will be 5 in November and is an only child. We had in home care for her first four years and began to notice that she was so shy that she never wanted to play with children her own age, she would run away from them. So, in January of 2010 we enrolled into the pre-school program at Primrose School at Springs Ranch. We hoped that our daughter would learn how to play and interact with other children her own age. The results astounded us. In only a few weeks of attending Primrose, she had blossomed and was begging to go to school every day and had made several new ""best friends."" It was such a relief to know that she was enjoying the school and making friends. The teachers were so great woth her. They helped her meet the other students, learn to interact with others better and just be more independent. They were so patient and kind with her and the other students. more

Primrose has been an excellent experience for both my children and me. It has provided them with the education, security, and love that they need. more

When we decided to enroll our twins in pre-school, we did a lot of research into local facilities. I didn't want just ""daycare"" but rather a place that would provide a rich experience I wanted the kids to be in an environment would help them develop their intellectual, creative and social skills. Within a few minutes of my tour of the Springs Ranch Primrose, I felt like I had found such a place. The facilites are bright, clean and inviting and the staff are helpful and friendly, but the teachers are what impressed me the most. All of the teachers my children had were caring, intelligent and well-educated. They are what makes the Springs Ranch Primrose so special. I did not realize just how fortunate we were to have found such a wonderful school until we oved away and I had to begin my school search again. In our new town, I had to look long and hard to find a setting that was even close to the quality we had at the Springs Ranch Primrose. The pre-school years are so important for a child's intellectual development and I am so glad our children got their start at the Springs Ranch Primrose. more

What does our family love about Primrose Schools? Everything! Our daughter doesn't go to Primrose Schools...she thrives there. Our daughter started attending Primrose when she was two years old and she's been loving it ever since. What we love most about Primrose is that our daughter loves Primrose. Each day is filled with new adventures including art and music, cooperating with others, social skills, academics, and creative play. She loves to learn and, thanks to Primrose, she brings that love home each day in the form of proudly posted art projects, new vocabulary to share at the dinner table, and memories that bring a smile to her face and ours. As we watch our daughter grow each and every day we are delighted in her passion for life and learning and we know that we couldn't have instilled that in her alone. We are proud that we are part of the Primrose family and we can't imagine our lives without the deep impact that so many special educators and staff members have had along the way. It is really true that Primrose had us at ""Hello."" From the moment that franchise owner Rachele Rank welcomed us on our introductory tour, we could tell that Primrose School of Springs Ranch would be the perfect choice for our family. And as we compared the competition, it became clear that there was no competition at all: Primrose was the only choice. Between the Primrose Balanced Learning Program and Rachele's passion for children, it seemed that something very special was going on at Primrose Schools. Two years later, the staff at Primrose is a tribute to the passion that was felt so unmistakably on day one; each staff member demonstrating a dedication to children and a commitment to honoring the trust that we put in them daily. Our daughter is now a proud pre-kindergartener at Primrose and her little brother is months away from beginning his own Primrose journey as well. Words can't possibly express how grateful we are to know the impact that Primrose Schools will play in their lifelong learning. more

My children have been attending this location since June 2012. Although there has been some turnover since our children have started at the school, we have been very happy with the staff and the loving way that our children are cared for every day. The teachers and management staff all have a personal interest in the health and well-being of our children. I never feel like I am just dropping my kids off with someone who merely watches them during the day. Primrose at Springs Ranch wants my children to learn, grow and be healthy every day. When I drop my kids off I feel like I am placing them in the hands of people that I can trust because I can see how much they love them. We don't just receive a generic report at the end of the day. We get an update about what our children did, what they ate, what their specific temperment was and what they learned about. Our 2.5-year old has absolutely flourished while at Primrose. Her language, counting, and creative skills have developed exponentially. I owe this to the specific attention that she receives throughout the day. She loves singing the songs that she learns on the way home. We have practically wallpapered her room with all of the enriching crafts and art she has done at school She has learned manners and to be thankful for her meals. Our 1-year old loves his teachers. He receives the physical attention that he needs throughout the day. He is signing and his language development has been wonderful since starting at the school. All-in-all, we love this school and so do our kids. Thanks Primrose! more

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT 12/14/2011

The Springs Ranch Primrose management team is the worst management team I have ever worked for. They are so rude, degrading, and mean to their staff members that they have one of the highest teacher turn-over rates I have ever seen for a daycare/preschool center. Within the past year, there have easily been over 20 different, highly qualified, teachers in and out of the center. This high turn-over rate is not a good thing for anyone including the children in the center. All the children that attend that center are at ages where consistency is a crucial thing for their developing brains. Mariah, Rachele, and Shanel have had their employees working anywhere from 9-11 hour days which makes it hard to provide the best possible care for the children. The management team has also been known to move children to rooms that are not age appropriate simply to maintain staff-child ratio. Instead of hiring more teachers (and trying to keep the great teachers they have), they simply move children to new and inappropriate rooms. Even though the Primrose concepts are fantastic, the Primrose of Springs Ranch is terribly managed which makes the program almost ineffective. If you are looking at a Primrose School, I recommend going to any of the schools EXCEPT the Springs Ranch location. more
