DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! This ""business"" is a joke!!! They had my car for over a week and still didn't have an estimate for me! It took 3 days for them to even get to looking at it! They fat out lied on day two saying someone was testing driving it then, which I was told the next day wasn't true. \r

I called repeatedly and was always told I would be called right back, and never was. Which resulted in every morning phone calls. My final straw was when they became very rude to me for asking if someone would please really call me back this time! I was told that they were too busy to deal with me! \r

After a week and three phone calls in one day, I was told they weren't even going to work on it because it was a lot of hassle. To my knowledge water pump replacement isn't generally too much hassle for a good mechanic. \r

Generally these guys are a joke, can't fix the foreign cars they tell you they can when you drop it off, and are VERY rude. Not to mention the inside of an engine is cleaner than they front desk! STEER CLEAR and tell a friend!!
