I have never had a problem with anyone at Budweiser until the other day. \r
As a company we deal with many vendors and have certain things we have to get from them to complete our year. \r
All we needed was a gallon report and was treated with distain from the woman that answers the phone> this womans name is Rhonda.\r
My boss called me and asked me if I could call and get the report because it was needed and the woman was hateful to the lady in my office.\r
When I called her first comment was (in a very hateful way)\r
are you the lady that called earlier.\r
She said she would get with my rep sometime and let him know. By this time I had to be more persistant and explain that we have to have the report. Then she said that she has certain ways she does things. I again had to be more persistant and finally she transferred me to Dwayne who then was able to help me. This took him only a few seconds to get me the information that was needed. \r
We have several beer companies that we deal with daily. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company to get such a small but needed report. We have time lines that we have to get this done just like everyone else.\r
I have never put in a complaint on anyone before but, to be treated in the way that we all were treated was senseless.\r
I have to deal with customers on a daily basis. (Many customers) and if i treated them the way we were treated this store would go out of business. \r
I hope that I never have to call this office again for anything.\r
