I seldom write reviews but I will in this case. I had taked my car in on a Saturday and left it over the weekend. On Monday, Todd contacted me and told me that I was going to need a complete rebuild. We settled on a price and I was told the car would be ready possibly late Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Since I was having to rent a vehicle, time was a financial concern for me. Well, because of several incorrect parts being shipped in, the repair took a week longer than necessary. I understand that issues like this do come up from time to time but I was not happy paying an extra unplanned week on a rental. I was very pleased that Todd agreed to compensate me for some of my extra expense and send me on my way as a happy customer. Things don't always go perfect but in this case, I think A Plus showed that they care about their customers. Well done.
