I was unable to book a Saturday online. I had to call and it kept looping back to the lady at the front desk. I finally was able to book an appointment for the Saturday. Per the website I was told I needed 22,500 mile maintenance. I tell the associate and he had never heard of this. I told him I know it included an oil change and tire rotation. I was driven back to my home so I wouldn't have to wait. I receive a call stating that my middle brake light is out. My Elantra is a 2013, how can the brake light already be out. He said they just burn out it is a light and it would be $45 to fix it. I told him no. 3 hours later I pick up my car. I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation not the maintenance. When I get in my car the seat is all the way back so I had to adjust it. more
