Spartan waiting area. 8/26/2016

They did not stock the proper weight oil for my Azera. I had to wait 1 hr for them to get it from NAPA. Worse yet, they were going to use 5-20 when the owners manual specifies 5-30. Glad I noticed their error before they added it. more

I always feel comfortable taking my car to this dealership for service. I always get the attention I need and they are always quick to help me with any service situation I need whether it is a small one or large. They treat me like family when I go there and always there to help. more

Every thing went well.Happy with everyone. The only concern i have is i got a major service done and my miles per gallon is down significantly. It stays in the 18 mpg range it went to 19 once or twice that is hwy or city. more

Honest and Fair 1/4/2016

I didn't purchase my Hyundai at Ed Voyles, but I started taking my vehicle there for repairs and maintenance because of concerns with the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Ed Voyles fixed issues that the original dealership brushed off or had no idea how to fix. I believe Ed Voyles is honest with their assessments of repairs needed and fair with pricing. Would always like auto maintenance to cost less, but I have never felt over-charged. more
