Horrible Parts Manager 9/15/2015

The Parts Manager, Jim, is a salesman and does not care about resolving your problem. It's clear to me, he only cares about sales. There are only a few times in my life when I've been very displeased with service and this is definitely one of them. He lies when he does not know the answer instead of finding the correct answer. I will never, EVER, recommend anyone to have service here, if they're dealing with Jim. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward. more

A Great Dealership 4/7/2014

In terms of friendliness and customer service, this is a great dealership. It's clean; its service people are courteous; and it's easy to get an appointment on line. I had trouble getting my extended warranty paperwork after the sale of the car; however, I attribute this to Hyundai corporate and not necessarily this dealership. more

Service is completed on time, I never have to come back. When I explain the problem it is fixed the first time. Scheduled maintenance is also excellent. It is completed on time and once again no unnecessary returns because somethiing was missed. My Service Rep Rob Stover is the best. more
