God how I hate to buy a car such a painful process. All this back and forth which you can't seem to escape as a customer. No matter how prepared you are it is a tortuous experience and every dealer and car salesmen and managers earn their bad reputation. Always feels like something tricky is happening. Then when you finally strike a deal the big manager has to come by and put their stamp of approval on the whole thing. Ugh! Then we had to wait over an hour for the one (!) financial guy to put together the paperwork. We wanted to pay cash but in order to get the incentives we had to finance and pay it off immediately. What an racket!\r
