God how I hate to buy a car such a painful process. All this back and forth which you can't seem to escape as a customer. No matter how prepared you are it is a tortuous experience and every dealer and car salesmen and managers earn their bad reputation. Always feels like something tricky is happening. Then when you finally strike a deal the big manager has to come by and put their stamp of approval on the whole thing. Ugh! Then we had to wait over an hour for the one (!) financial guy to put together the paperwork. We wanted to pay cash but in order to get the incentives we had to finance and pay it off immediately. What a great experience at Classic Nissan repairs! I had a problem with my 2010 Nissan Altima and their Repairs Dept. was AWESOME!! They got me in right away, I got out quickly with a loaner car, they called me throughout the day to give me updates on the status of my car, looked up to see if there were any recalls, and addressed all my issues. I have to say Ken was especially AWESOME! I was having an issue with a speaker making noise, he said he would wait for me to get there after work to figure it out, I got hung up at work and didnt get there until after 6:30 and he stayed for me to make sure he addressed my problem. He should have already left but was super pleasant and he figured it out and fixed my issue! A+++ customer service. GREAT JOB CLASSIC NISSAN!!! more
