My furnace stopped working, so I called Prestige at 8 at night. I talked with Tim and he spent about half an hour with me troubleshooting the furnace. After the troubleshooting didn't work, he setup an appointment for the next morning to repair it since he couldn't come out that night. Tim showed up in the morning, fixed it, and it works wonderfully now.
