Hot Water Heater Repair 11/10/2015

Problem with hot water heater not igniting the burner when water needed to be heated. Mark C. was the service technician that was sent for the repair. The problem was found to be the fuel delivery module. The module was replaced and the water heater was back in service. I have used PPHC on several other occasions for heating and cooling. Total repair time was 45 minutes. Mark was courteous, friendly and explained in detail what the issue with the module was. I will definitely use PPHC again. more

NOT a trustworthy company and expensive! 10/16/2015

You should NOT consider this business for any plumbing repairs! They originally scheduled for a day they were not open. I called at the time they said they would arrive and left a message. They called back to say they put me on the calendar for the next day and had given me the wrong date. Then came later that same week and claimed they would only charge for work done. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE - $20 part and 45 minutes later they somehow had a bill for $600 plus the service call. Most other companies take the service call charge out of the total - not this company. They know they are stealing your money and do not care. DO NOT TRUST them as I made the mistake of doing so. I called and discussed with Dominick my issue with the cost and he assured me they would process a refund once my check cleared. I followed up a few times after my check had cleared and received NO response. I brought this up with BBB and all Prestige offered in that complaint was a $50 off next service. Even if I thought about using them in the future (which I did not) that response shows how unprofessional and untrustworthy they are. This is the first time I ever heard of a flat rate for a plumber! If this review saves one person from being ripped off -then my time in writing it was worth it. I have never felt so sick in dealing with a company!!!! more

Quick install with great service 10/9/2015

Mark C from Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling was just here to replace our water heater. He was friendly, helpful, and laid at all of our options. The install was completed quickly and neatly. Will definitely refer to friends that need similar service. more

Was lucky to find Prestige!!! Our furnace went out during last years extreme cold snap. Prestige was prompt, knowledgeable and REASONABLY priced! We will be using them for all future repairs - and recommending them to everyone we know! more

EXCELLENT!! 9/16/2015

Prestige is the only plumbing heating cooling company that I use! This is the third time I have called them out and each time they never fail to impress. I tried to fire up my furnace to check it for the upcoming cold season, and of course it did not want to work. Even though it was not an emergency, Mark came out that same day to help. He found a carbon monoxide reading that could of been dangerous. Prestige has all of the tools to get the job done that very visit. The prestige team all the way from Dominick, Mark, Tim and even Jay who had to come out and help, made this experience one that was pleasant and efficient. Thank you for being in my area and for being such a great company! more

Succesful service call 9/4/2015

Every one was busy with sir conditioner service calls but Prestige made time to come to unplug my toilet. .Mark was courteous and friendly and cleared the cllog in no time. I will use Prestige again. Very pleased. more

Heater and Air Conditioner Installation 7/29/2015

Mark C. and his team were very professional. They got the job done with a minimum of fuss on a very hot afternoon that provided less than ideal working conditions. I would have liked to argue for a better price but, facing another twenty-four hours without air conditioning and a wife ready to find a more comfortable abode, I wasn't in a very strong position. more

Another job well done 6/15/2015

Prestige has done all of the major plumbing work in our home since we moved in, so it is about 9 years now. Today's job was replacement of an old toilet that had seen better days. Though the faces have changed over the years, one thing hasn't. Prestige does quality work at competitive prices and is staffed with professional, customer focused and friendly technicians. We prefer to use local services whenever possible, and we're sure glad that Prestige is in our area. more

Very nice, friendly, and professional. Diagnosed the problem right away, solved it, and was out the door within 20 minutes! A tad pricey, but I'm sure it's comparable to other businesses. I would definitely call them again! more

Excellent professional service 4/17/2015

I was extremely pleased with my service from Mark C. at Prestige . He was able to inspect my sump pump and immediately replace it with a new one. He gave me a list of pumps at various price levels and never pressured me to select any particular one. Once I selected a pump, he immediately checked to see if a deal was being offered on that pump. I greatly appreciated his efforts to get the best price for me. I will definitely call Prestige for my next plumbing needs. more

Mark was on time, explained our options and did a great job. We have a brand new, cast iron pump in place of the builder special. No hidden fees for a change. Should be ready for the rain! Mark also took the time to answer some other general plumbing questions we had. We will definitely call Prestige next time we need something done right. more

Christmas emergency 1/12/2015

Just a few days before Christmas we had a water/pump problem in the basement. Mark was able to come out right away, evaluate the problem and have it fixed within an hour. He was fantastic. more
