Sump Drain Box 8/15/2014

I was working with Steve and I have nothing but the utmost respect for him due to his honesty and integrity. We concluded that they were not the right contractors for the job that I needed to be done, so he referred me to another contractor who was up for the challenge. I highly recommend Steve at Prestige Plumbing should anybody reading this review who is looking for an honest plumber. more

Plumbing Repair 7/22/2014

Mark C has been to our home for three different repair jobs (sump pump, faucet and garbage disposal) in the last few months. Each visit has been handled with professional performance and care. The work was done as promised without issue. Work areas were left clean and no problems arose with the repairs. Prestige Plumbing has been our plumbing choice for years and will continue to be so in the future. more

Prestige Plumbing 7/5/2014

Not being a Plumber myself I can only trust what I am told by a plumbing service. My complaint when I requested services was that my water smelled of sulfer content and I had no idea of steps to resolve......There was no testing, or checking the water with what I was experiencing but just suggestion of replacing parts, which could be just a bandaid or a full replacement of a water heater.... to be safe I choose the replacement of the water heater...problem is my water still smells like sulfer, so I overspent a replacement that didn't even fix the problem. I have never heard of Prestige before, just by google and they came with a good rating with the BBB...so I thought I was safe......conclusion is I am not happy with the service and will not recommend them to anyone..... more

water valve 7/1/2014

Had a problem with the cold water valve that went to my washing machine. Called Prestige Monday about 5pm and was given a window of 10a to 2p on Tuesday. Mark C. came at about 1030a. He also put in my sum pump a few months ago. He explained and showed me what had happened with the valve. Thank you Mark C. more

Mark arrived well within the time frame promised, and was personable and upbeat. He assessed the problem and quickly provided an estimate. Great service 4/21/2014

My husband and I have used Prestige since we purchased our home. We have had Tim, Ken and Mark all help us before. They have always been extremely friendly and efficient! This past visit we had Mark C. come out to look at a leak from our apollo heating/cooling system. He was great! He found the source of the leak very quickly and fixed the loose nut that was causing it. Not only did he thoroughly explain why the leak was happening, but was able to let us know our next step should our valve have to be replaced. This company has been very good to us and We have recommended them to our family and friends! more
