I’ve only been to O’Neils Transmission once, that being said, my experience there was excellence. They keep me well informed with the issues they found with my vehicle and offered me options. The service was VERY friendly and as long as I live in this area I will use them again. Not their fault but tranny issues are very costly so be ready for that. –Grand Rapids, MI Customer.
