I was trapped by a non functioning gate, all vehicles inside. The lady in the office contacted a technician who gave me the info I needed for a quick fix and then sent a tech at a later time to install a permanent fix. I called another time with a broken garage door opener and the tech came exactly when scheduled, fixed the broken door serviced my other garage door including checking and resetting my remotes. He was quick, friendly and the price was right!
