We've been a customer of Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating for the last year. They did work outside where they dug down to our exterior sewer pipe that had a break. They replaced it and also performed a service to get the branches away and out of the pipe. They had come out a couple of times before for similar sewer line problems.
We've continued to use them because we like the workmen. I think they're transparent about their pricing. They are prompt, and they always come on time. I never felt like they were trying to add additional work on to increase their payment, like I have with other companies. It may not be the cheapest service you can find, but they do good work and you get the peace of mind that you're getting a good service.
