Wish I'd seen these reviews before I called these folks. $300 for a service visit and freezer isn't fixed. Tech seemed very unsure of himself. Very grey on the prices of parts and how long things would take. Found a leak and wasn't willing to fix it and recharge the system as requested. Insisted that he run a vacuum on the system and replace a dryer. No idea how long it would take, an hour, 2, 3. These guys also screwed over a neighboring restaurant. (Unfortunately I learned that after I called these guys). Run Forest Run!
