Read this review,please, before you call them. After be bought the house we had our septic pumped out by Rooter Express Plumbing. Three months later I heard the bubbling in my yard. The septic water level was raising because of the rain, so I called different company from my town to come and see what was going on. They opened the septic tank and it was full. They also showed me where the opening to the first chamber was ( with all solids). I couldn't believe my eyes. ""Professionals "" from Rooter Express pumped out the water from the distribution box that goes to the leaching field, not the inlet chamber with solids etc. OMG! how could you stay in this business if you can't locate the septic opening? I have no words to describe how frustrated I am. They don't want to give us our money back. The tech swears he did pumped out the tank. Stay away!!!
