Knowledgable and honest tech service. I had a bid from a competitor the same day that wanted to replace my entire heating unit at a cost over $2k. Chris confirmed that I simply had a clog in my evaporation system and it was causing the system to fail. $69 vs $49 service charge and $2k+ repair bill at the competition. I would name the competitor but I have had good experience with them in the past and one bad tech doesn't IMO make a bad company.
