Great experience 11/23/2013

Knowledgable and honest tech service. I had a bid from a competitor the same day that wanted to replace my entire heating unit at a cost over $2k. Chris confirmed that I simply had a clog in my evaporation system and it was causing the system to fail. $69 vs $49 service charge and $2k+ repair bill at the competition. I would name the competitor but I have had good experience with them in the past and one bad tech doesn't IMO make a bad company. Impressive customer service 11/9/2013

I was very happy with the service. The office called to let me know the plumber Chris was running late and called again when he was a few minutes away. I recommend Patriot Enterprises 11/7/2013

We've used Patriot Enterprises twice so far, and everything has turned out just fine. Most recently they came to replace the faucet in our bathroom. They also fixed a leak and put a new stopper in the sink. The worker was very clean. He explained everything to us while he worked and left everything tidy when he left. All I had to do was put our things back in the shelf. I would most certainly recommend their services. High Quality Work 10/3/2013

I've had two separate experiences with Patriot and their crew in the last month. I am very impressed with their work and their professionalism. I had a sewage backup in my basement, and it was ugly. Not only did they unclog the main pipe for me, but the cleanup looked better than original. They worked fast. I also just had a pressure valve replaced, and water heater installed. I love the new pressure, and is the water heater is working better than my old one. They are timely, and even a follow-up call after they leave to make sure everything is going great. Very good service. 10/2/2013

Patriot Enterprises, Inc. does the maintenance of our heating system and cooling system and checks the water pipes. The work has been very well done. The gentleman comes on time and does a good job checking everything. He gave me a sheet with information on each item. Everything they've done has been fine. They are a reliable company and they are very nice people. We've been working with them for one year and found them to be very knowledgeable. The workers are friendly and know what they're doing. Excellent Responce time and expertise 9/18/2013

I called patriot after getting their phone number off Team Dave Logan. They were able to come out within 1/2 hr. and immediately knew what was going on with our HVAC system. Alex was professional and walked us through the entire system and how it works. If I ever need service on our HVAC system again I would not hesitate to call Patriot Enterprises. The service personnel are always very friendly, considerate of our home, and sure to thoroughly review everything with us. Patriot does the job how it should be done. 9/10/2013

Patriot Enterprises, Inc has been out here more than once. This time, they had to come to service and clean the furnace, air conditioning unit, and fireplace. They got the job done and did it right. Usually call, didn't before he came, but no problems. Did have to go out for supplies after he got here, but finished the project quickly once he had the right equipment. Nice perspn.
