We took our vehicle in for a transmission shift problem. Tom and his crew did an inspection and found nothing that deemed immediate service, they did some service bulletin recommendations and the problem has yet to reappear.
Honesty is a hard virtue to find these days and as an old service adviser myself skepticism comes natural to me. He did not try to sell me nothing I did need even though I was anticipating a new transmission and the cost with it. I was so elated I had them replace all four struts and an alignment.
