Water started to come back up through the drain in our basement late Saturday afternoon. My husband shouted from the basement, "Turn off the Dishwasher and Washer!!" He immediatley called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the same day, and quickly took care of the problem. It seems our 4 year old had to much fun putting too much TP paper in the toilet, that caused the backup. We were delighted with the cost and the service provided.
