These guys are excellent. I have a large Maple tree in my front yard and have root problems every couple of years. I have had at least two other plumbing companies out here who could never find a clean out. So they charged me over $200 more to rod by taking the toilet out. Stephens not only found my clean out (under my carpet in lower level) but were knowledgeable and fast. Saved my over $200. I will be using them from now on. I have family members who are very happy with them also.
