Called Stephens Plumbing for clogged kitchen sink... They had a competitive price and the plumber that came out was extremely good at what he did...worked at a good pace and was extremely neat in cleaning up. They came out within the hour of my call... Great service and highly recommended. They will be our new plumbing service going forward. more

Highly recommend Jason from Stephens plumbing. Our kitchen sink needed to be unclogged by using a power auger. We also needed a pipe replaced. The price was very reasonable. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When calling Stephens, you can request the person you want. more

I live in a 2nd floor condo. Leaks can really cause problems for the unit below to say nothing of strained relations.\r \r Gas hot water heater started leaking, called Stephens at 10 a.m. and by 3 p.m. had a new heater installed.\r \r Ryan and Kevin were very courteous, professional and cleaned up afterward. They even removed two mice, toy mice my cats managed to ""hide"" under the old heater.\r \r I rate them a 5 star because everything with them was straight forward. I definitely recommend Stephens. more

Called Stephen's after ""office"" hours and was happily helped by a lady. I was shocked to find out that when I came to work the next day at 8:15am they had already returned my call! Omar was sent out to fix our a/c. He did a great job and answered all my questions! I was one of those annoying customers that scheduled my a/c to be fixed and asked questions about plumbing, our water heater, and a fan in the bathroom. Nonetheless, he was patient, he answered all the questions he could and went a step beyond and checked on some of the other concerns I was having. He is also checking on some parts for my other concerns. I received the best customer service from start to finish and had everything fixed in 3 days. I was shocked with the efficiency. I should also mention this was for my business not my home! We are now considering using them for preventive maintenance after the amazing service we received! more

I am so glad the management company at my condo uses this company for all their plumbing repairs.I told the management company they would have to come out early before I left for work because I didn't want anyone coming into my place when I'm not there and my cats accidentally go out the front door. Stephens plumbing sent out Miguel to diagnose the problem with the unusual noise coming from the bottom of my floor whenever I use the cold water. He got there right on time as promised, he was extremely professional and courteous and said he could replace my aging and faulty pressure regulator the following morning. They showed up the next day as promised and all is well. I would recommend Stephens and I'm very happy that my condo complex is serviced by this company. more
