Called Stephen's after ""office"" hours and was happily helped by a lady. I was shocked to find out that when I came to work the next day at 8:15am they had already returned my call! Omar was sent out to fix our a/c. He did a great job and answered all my questions! I was one of those annoying customers that scheduled my a/c to be fixed and asked questions about plumbing, our water heater, and a fan in the bathroom. Nonetheless, he was patient, he answered all the questions he could and went a step beyond and checked on some of the other concerns I was having. He is also checking on some parts for my other concerns. I received the best customer service from start to finish and had everything fixed in 3 days. I was shocked with the efficiency. I should also mention this was for my business not my home! We are now considering using them for preventive maintenance after the amazing service we received!
