From design to completion, our patio shade took almost 3 months. During that time I made at least 9 calls to either the office or the project manager since no one was contacting me with status or schedule. Whoever I talked to was always sorry for leaving me in the dark, but nothing changed after my calls, still no one called with status.
On a positive note, the persons who did the installation work were very skilled and professional and I am very satisfied with the final product
