From design to completion, our patio shade took almost 3 months. During that time I made at least 9 calls to either the office or the project manager since no one was contacting me with status or schedule. Whoever I talked to was always sorry for leaving me in the dark, but nothing changed after my calls, still no one called with status. On a positive note, the persons who did the installation work were very skilled and professional and I am very satisfied with the final product more

Excellent experience from sales to completion!! 10/2/2013

Would like to commend Elias and Glenn on their work ethic and performance! It was a pleasure working with them and having them in our home everyday. The pergola is the finishing touch on our backyard and we are very pleased. Mark was very patient with us when we had to have the process slowed down a little and we appreciate all he did in the accomplishment of the pergola. Thank you for everything. more

Originally, I had bought my sun room back in 2004 from the previous owners of Reno Sunrooms. Immediately, there were some issues with it that I was told couldn't be fixed. For years I lived with it as it was and I was very unhappy. I bumped into the new owners of Reno Sunrooms at an outdoor fair. I was complaining to Steve and he said they just couldn't have that from me. He sent out a worker who was able to make the repairs after all this period of time. I was so happy! After so many bad years, I now love my sunroom! Steve is a good man and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the experience. I really, really appreciate those guys. Ken & Melanie more

Happy with the sunroom, slow process. 9/12/2012

We had them replace our original sunroom, we had to replace it because of a fire. My problem with them, which is why I gave the low marks, is that we have them money to order the product, and it didn't get ordered for almost 2 months. It really slowed down everything, and we got pretty frustrated, which Doug knew about. The work was really nice though, and we are happy with the sunroom. We originally hoped for a complete replacement of the other room we had, but it was no longer available. We are happy with the one we ended up getting, and Kevin was a pleasure to work with. more

They were very nice. It took a little bit longer than expected. Reno Sunrooms came in and did the cement first. They found it short and had to extend it, so they did that at no cost to us, and then they set it up. We love it. more

Reno Sunrooms's approach to my project was in true spirit of me and my expectations 8/27/2012

Reno Sunrooms put a new roof over our screen room. It was a 22x13 roof that turned out very well. Dave was excellent in his proposal. We talked about the final cost and he revised some parts of his proposal to get the cost within an acceptable range. The roof was redesigned according to my specific requirements. I wanted it to be able to hold the weight of two people. I also wanted extra footage on the sides and columns, for a decorative effect. The construction crew was excellent. They did everything that I asked for. They took care of all the licences for the city's passage of the project. They were very professional. I am very happy with their work. more
