contrary to some of the other reviews, I have been going to Carls since I could walk and have bought many sleds, bikes, etc. from them over the years and have always been well taken care of. some people who leave negative reviews are just negative people that will never be happy! don't hesitate to go to Carl's, they are the most knowledgeable powersports people in the valley.\r
