A major setback was avoided when I had the good fortune to be towed to Carl's with a bent front rim. From the outset the service staff, (Tom, Shane, Curtis and Deserae) couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did they help me find accommodation for the night but had a new rim installed the next morning. I made the wedding on time and have just arrived home. My sincere thanks for turning what I thought would be a considerable delay into an enjoyable visit to Boise. You will be highly recommended to my touring friends. more

contrary to some of the other reviews, I have been going to Carls since I could walk and have bought many sleds, bikes, etc. from them over the years and have always been well taken care of. some people who leave negative reviews are just negative people that will never be happy! don't hesitate to go to Carl's, they are the most knowledgeable powersports people in the valley.\r more

Took my sons motorcycles in for regular maintance. The person we dealt with was so helpful for my sons. He showed them how to start their bikes easier, how to adjust brakes, clutches, etc. He really spent some time showing them all the different things that they could do on their own in order to maintain their bikes. He was great.\r more

I talked to Shane Meredith at the snowmobile show last month and he worked with me on several used sleds but the deal just didn't come together. This time we made things work and I left a very happy customer. Shane stayed with it until we found the sled I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Your finance gal had me out of there in 5 minutes. Much sweeter than the car dealerships I work with. I can never get out of them in under and hour. Shane (in Service) was also very instrumental in the purchase by answering questions about different sleds. The over all experience dealing with both Shanes and the parts department for accessories was great. I felt like everyone was there to help me not just take my money. Great Job Guys! more

My wife and I purchased two Suzuki quads (09 Kingquad 400AS and a 08 Ozark 250). Josh did a great job of explaining what to expect in performance of these machines. We did some test rides with other quads that we where looking at and kept coming back to the Suzuki's. Great machines! Our experience was awesome and again Josh should be recognized for his exceptional customer interaction. I give Carl's Cycle Sales high marks and praise for how we where treated. Thanks and we will be returning clients. more

I first started talking with Tom in Service approximately seven years ago looking for advice on how to get the most performance out of my snowmobile or ""Buggy"" as Tom puts it. The knowledge that the crew at Carl's Cycle has for making your snowmobile perform above factory output is a testimate to their slogan of ""We understand, Because We Ride"" . The willingness of their sales and service crew to help you is greatly appreciated and I use it as guide to my salesassociates on how to give good customer service. My husband was afraid he had blown out the engine of his Kawasaki Vulcan. He had it towed to Carl's Cycle. We were relieved to find out the damage was minor. He had it fixed and back within a day or so. Honest, quality service is what we experienced. I would reccommend this place to everyone. more
