They are perfectionists. The job Pann Home Services does is just perfect. The only complaint I've got is the cost, which is to be expected.
It's been several years that we've been working with them now. They fixed the furnace; they put a new hot water tank, dishwasher, and disposal in; they put a hole in the chimney in the basement so we have a way to clean it out; and they just got through fixing some plumbing in the bathroom.
I know they do the job right and I'm not going to get cheated. The service people are very friendly and gracious. They're very nice. It's the best place to go around here!
